CONTACT: medieval and PMs! I also have AIM if that floats people's boats, but I'll give that out on a case by case scenario. PMs are best because I do a lot of tagging while out of the house, and also plurk likes to dive into the deep abyss of the ocean without a dive suit a lot.
TAGGING HABITS: I live in PST, and I tag throughout the work day most of the time. I try to clear my inbox once a day, if not more. I can boomerang when my inbox is down, depending, but I am definitely cool with any speed in return!
INTERESTS: Cats, baseball, comic books (mostly Marvel), Final Fantasy XIII, Kingdom Hearts, etc. I'm currently dabbling in The 100 and rewatching it in part because I realized that the only TV show I watch anymore is New Girl. (If you like New Girl, yay.) OH, and I love The Raven Cycle, too.

PERSONALITY: Harry is a stubborn hero type who's best trait is his capacity to love and his desire to preserve life. These things sugarcoat the fact that he can be sarcastic, a bit of a stubborn ass, and rather self-righteous when he has determined that he has the right idea about things. He's clever and he has a knack to go barreling toward trouble, even if he might insist that he needs a break from all of that. Never listen to what Harry says when he says things like this. He's probably lying. He has some darker tendencies and the capacity to cause some harm, especially when someone lights the wick for his rather short temper. But all in all, he wants to do good, and he can be kind of irritating about it.

Oh, he's also inquisitive and asks a lot of questions, which gets him into trouble. Once he gets an idea in his head, it's very, very hard to get him to let go. And by hard, I mean impossible. Sorry, everyone.
DESIRED CR: My favorite things to play out with Harry are just him getting to know people, so there is a degree of "everything," especially since this is the first CR meme. But I like people who challenge him, and people that he can be a little judgmental toward. He balances out that judgment a bit these days. The other thing I'd like is people who are up for working with Harry, especially in helping him focus. He's been working with Ron and Hermione for so long that it'll be hard for him to branch out without them, and there will be a lot of "if Hermione was here, she'd know exactly what to do for this specific scenario." People that Harry can rely on will be great, and also challenge him to find things without wishing Hermione or Ron were there to help.
OFFERED CR: Harry is a motivator. He's headstrong, and he's committed to the idea of helping people. But he can also be stubborn and unruly, so dealing with both sides of that coin might be interesting! He's willing to work with others and help push them in the right direction, and he's a little more balanced, especially after learning that Snape hadn't been so bad after all. That's going to make him less likely to be Uncertain about shady types. If anyone wants someone who meets the above traits and also can go headfirst into trouble, he's your guy.
PLANS: Harry is going to be SUPER DETERMINED TO HELP, but I have every intention of challenging his world view along the way because while he can be pushed all the way to torturing people, he can't go that extra step (and in Harry Potter, it's really bad for someone to do that anyway). My biggest plans are to really force him to realize that Doing Good comes with a price in ways that his canon hasn't always touched on. It'll be good for him, though, as he's going to go on and become an Auror. Hard lessons.
ANYTHING ELSE? I thought of something: I am totally cool with people recognizing Harry Potter as That Harry Potter. He's used to it. But please none of the "you're so fake you're faker than fake" stuff!

DESIRED CR: EVERYTHING.... which is the inevitable answer but here are a few ideas floating around in my head to maybe make things easier...!! CR that will keep up with her energy, people that will ask her to do things for them (she's used to that), people she can sparkle at, people she can protag at, people who will be like "what is wrong with you" and people who will encourage all of her weirdness.
OFFERED CR: FRIENDSHIP. She'll be friends with anyone, will drag anti-social characters out to social functions, will spur people on to MAKE THINGS HAPPEN, etc etc etc. She'll throw all of her energy at everyone. Also she's a farmer.

I will be putting a permissions post up on his journal later for.
DESIRED CR: Everything! To narrow it down, some friends are always good, people to spar with, people he can tease a bit (and can keep up with it, if they choose to throw it back at him), people who will drag him into doing things he probably wouldn't do on his own... though I never mind antagonistic CR at all. I welcome it. I welcome any ideas that can be thrown at me.

PERSONALITY: thor started out as a jerkish older brother and a pigheaded prince who believed everything existed to entertain him like a saga but HAPPILY he get bashed around a bit and learned how to not be 100% a dick. having taken him from the end of avengers:aou thor has matured over the course of a handful of films into a thoughtful, brave guy with a strong sense of loyalty not unlike a golden retriever. he's sassy when in the company of friends, respectful to those he deems worthy (!!) and a badass when needs be. it's been a year or so since his mom and his wee brother loki died ("""died""" in loki's case) and he's mostly moved on, although it's not a subject he'll bring up over a drink in a tavern.
DESIRED CR: thor likes his wolfpack, yes he does. whether the warriors three and sif or the avengers, he surrounds himself with friends he can trust, a working network of strong individuals who have his back. thor's a seasoned tactician and will thoroughly enjoy getting to know the people he's working with.
OFFERED CR: probably being everyone's big brother lbr. unlike in his youth there are fewer instances of thor living it up like a wild child and getting wasted for days, he's the guy who will go out for drinks with everybody, have a few himself, and still stay sober enough to make sure they get home safely. he sort of ... HAS NO IDEA WHERE JANE IS/WHAT SHE'S DOING (science shit?? astronomy?? nobel prize!) and their relationship has always been tenuous at best (leaving to save the nine realms and forgetting about your gf for a few years will do that) so i'm down if anyone wants to flirt with him. he'll flirt back, at the very least.

PERSONALITY: Capricious and whimsy god of chaos and mischief. Also god of other things. He dabbles between divinity and the mortal world. Likes bacon, nail varnish, writing slash fic and young adult novels. Loki's usually pretty light and just a tad teasing, but he can get intense depending on circumstance. He's dodgy and uses doublespeak a lot, so it can get ... well, frustrating. He goes between both selfish and self-sacrificing, and can get lost in playing the little games that he sets up. He's also always in it for the revolution.
DESIRED CR: I hate saying anything and everything, but I want to test out some dynamics! For example, Loki does really well with stoic, grounded characters. The keep him from flying off into whimsy world, and keep him from literally drowning in his own emotions. He's not used to having friends, so he's pretty selfish, especially when first entering relationships.
OFFERED CR: If you have someone who needs to be pushed/prodded, Loki definitely won't shut up. He doesn't a little differently with people who banter, and he can go between hating it and really liking people he can have a push-and-pull with. He's someone who provokes other ideas and thought into situations if you need someone to either play the devil's advocate, or to see a different way out of a problem.
PLANS: Loki's pretty screwed over from his canon point on the basis of fate. So, I expect him to get pretty involved in terms of the duality of fate vs. free will. He may also try to do something to change his future? Something skeevy, maybe? Time will tell.

While she's kind of straightforward/generally has a pretty clear worldview, I'm hoping to kind of wreck that in-game. Loki could contribute, he's good at wrecking shit, right?

PERSONALITY: soooo malia is the daughter of a werewolf and a werecoyote (i know it's so dumb) and she herself is a werecoyote; she was adopted by humans and always thought she was their bio kid. anyway, fast-forward, it's a full moon, malia's 8, they're in the car and she tries to eat her family. the car crashes, mom and sister die, malia is an 9 year old who doesn't know how to deal with guilt so she runs away to live in the forest as a coyote for the next 8 years. she never fully gives up her humanity, though, and she keeps items with sentimental meaning like her sister's doll for the entire time. she ends up being forcibly turned back to human, and has noooo idea about social etiquette. she gets helped by her pack, but she's coming from 4.08, right after realizing her pack was lying to her about her true parentage, so she is Pissed Off and also alone now.
DESIRED CR: people she can lean on :c she isn't feeling very trustful these days, and it would be nice for someone to prove to her that not everyone is untrustworthy! also, negative cr, bc i love negative cr ok.
OFFERED CR: well, if you become her friend, she'll be there with you TIL THE END OF THE LINE and punch anyone who fucks with you. so if anyone needs a protector... she's often unintentionally rude because she's very blunt and brutally honest, so if you want someone to fight with, go ahead.

PERSONALITY: ranmaru is a cinnamon roll too good for this or any other world. she's a high energy shounen delinquent but incredibly kind and accepting, and empathetic enough of others that she'll even try to understand the motivations of people who try to kill her and possibly befriend them if given the chance, and while kind of temperamental it's mostly played for laughs in her series, and she actually has a stupid amount of patience (or maybe she's just too chill to care about your bullshit.) she's also hilariously overpowered in terms of physical strength but will tell you it's cause she does pushups everyday or something.

OFFERED CR: RAN WILL BEFRIEND ANYONE no matter how much of a piece of shit you are, varying from "irritating douchebag" to "kind of murderous". if you even have some good in you, she'll be friends with you. so if you need someone who'll tolerate your stoic asshole or not-great-but-could-use-friends character, or even someone to be HIGH ENERGY FRIENDSHIP alongside your HIGH ENERGY FRIENDSHIP, she's your girl. she works with anyone.

PERSONALITY: Generally chill, affable, and an all around honorable valiant warrior guy. You know, one of those. Muneshige was until recently a feudal lord in Japan circa 1600, but chose to side with the wrong guy at Sekigahara, got stripped of his titles and his lands, and is now a wanderer with nothing to his name who's surprisingly cool about it.
DESIRED CR: Everyth- not helpful, huh. But since this is my first time playing him, I'm still looking to explore the wide range of CR types and figure out what I like for him! Other warrior bros will probably be great. Other people who are interested in seeing what the world(s) has to offer instead of stressing out about their predicament.
OFFERED CR: He's pretty smooth and his feathers don't ruffle easily, so if he can find some kind of common ground then even your antagonist types he may do just fine with! He's not an aggressive flirt but sometimes he just slides something in out of nowhere, flusters the hell out of people, and then goes "lol j/k" so that's...also a thing. A canonically equal-opportunity thing, even. (He's married so it will never be anything more than that.) If you're looking for a knight in shining armor to bail you out in a tight place he just might be your guy.
PLANS: He's absolutely going to try and enjoy the ride and do the right thing along the way; he's got very little tying him down at this canon point, so while he wants to get home eventually, he's not terribly worried about it yet. How often do you get a chance to see this much, right?

OFFERED CR: Pearl is a momma brib and tends to get protective over humans or young children, due to the fact she became a designated mother for Steven. She's up for intellectual conversations, and learning new things. She has some knowledge of engineering, having worked on a van in canon, to keep it up and running. You could call her a grease monkey of sorts!
PLANS: I do want to get her settled in, find her a place to live for the time being. She will also be learning about other people in the same soruation as her, and talk to NPCs.

PERSONALITY: Super professional and responsible soldier who isn't easily fazed and carries guns in her grocery bags. Doesn't tolerate shit from anyone but has a soft spot for kids and animals. She has a healthy dose of common sense and isn't the type to go barreling headfirst into a battle but that doesn't mean she isn't perfectly capable of taking care of herself. She's done some shit in her life that she regrets and has Strong Feelings about misuse of power so she can be a little serious sometimes, but she's a pretty good person underneath and highly loyal to her friends.
DESIRED CR: ADULT FRIENDS.....I've played teenagers for too long okay. Also lady friends. People to form a base or network of support since she's used to working as part of a team. She has a pretty strict moral code so it wouldn't be too difficult to get on her bad side if your character disagrees with her. At this point in the game though, "everything" is pretty accurate....
OFFERED CR: She'd make a good older sibling figure for younger characters and a good base of support for any age character, since she's loyal as heck and sticks pretty strictly to her morals. She's also done some pretty questionable shit in her life so if your character ever wants to have ~deep conversations~ about that sort of thing, we can do that too. She can also be a Righteous Character™ for your more morally ambiguous character to hassle. Also if your character wants to learn about guns, she is your woman.

PERSONALITY: clarke is described as having a good heart, just you know, one that's been broken a lot. she was royalty status on the ark, a space station hovering above an earth that has been ravaged by nuclear warfare, and was thrown into prison, and sent down the the ground with a hundred other space delinquents. as it turns out the ground is not safe. not at all. there are grounders trying to kill them for just being there really, and clarke steps up as a leader. does her best to protect her people, even when things start to get... morally dubious. ( not sure if this needs a spoiler warning, but spoilers ahead!! ) i'm taking her from after the second season finale, where she kills over a hundred people in order to save her own. some of them innocent, elderly, children, the whole deal. needless to say, she is a bit broken by the decision she made, as well as the events leading up to it. though at her core, she is still the protector.
DESIRED CR: people who she can look after, people who she can fight with, people who she can learn to trust. anyone, just throw people at me i am ready.
OFFERED CR: a squad member? someone to have your back, who also can shoot a gun really well?
PLANS: i don't really have any solid plans, but clarke is most likely to disobey orders from alastair if they go against her numero uno priority of keeping people safe. she might be wary of leadership, after what she's done with the crown on her head, but will try to intervene if things do start to go sour.

He's had a terrible life, and at his canon point, 98% of everyone he's ever known in his life is dead, so he's rather depressed about that. But he's a determined survivor, so he'll be picking himself back up and trying to move on. He's a morally grey character, so that's always fun to bounce off of people who are either very white or black in their thinking.
DESIRED CR: People he can be friendly with. He needs friends. People who think he's a nutcase and want him to stay far away, but he keeps invading their space anyway. People who don't like him at all. Basically, people.
OFFERED CR: Everybody needs a crazy friend in their life who might invade their dreams and read their thoughts at the drop of a hat, right? No, really, Ushahin tends to be loyal to people who are kind to him, so if you want a crazy psychic on your side, that's one way to reel him in. DESIRED CR: Friends. Definitely friends! People not from Storybrooke. Possibly people with similar problems branching out. Innocents he can want to protect, and he will, that's his thing.
OFFERED CR: Friendship. Extreme hostility if your character is cruel to children or animals. He could maybe teach people to live on the land if they're interested! He's good at that jazz.

CANON: Once Upon A Time
PERSONALITY: Emma is a former "lost girl" who grew up in the foster system and gave up on that arrangement when she was sixteen. As a teen runaway, she fell in love and was abandoned by that person, and consequently has a lot of trust (and abandonment) issues. When life got hard, she used to run, but in the past few years she has had a family to ground her. The most important person in her life is her son, Henry, and Emma has become such a mom since he came into her life. She's protective of the people she cares about and ready to stand up for what's right, and desperately wants to make sure she never lets her kid down again. Though she hasn't had a lot of significant connections in her life, Emma is a good friend who could offer some supportive CR and might also be in need of that herself. She's hard on herself when she screws up and makes mistakes, and is usually more forgiving of other people (even if she resists at first).

Emma has magic and is aware of it, but hasn't had a lot of practice with it. She's insecure about that part of herself because she knows it makes her different. Where she's from, magic comes with a price and she's determined not to go too dark. (S3 "Going Home" canon point - yep, I know.)
DESIRED CR: I would like Emma to have some friends, and maybe some younger people around who she could 'mom' a little bit. I like negative CR with her as long as it doesn't get to plotting to kill her or anything that extreme. Also, because magic is fairly new to her, it might be nice to have someone help her work on her magical abilities so that she can gain some confidence there. I definitely want everything for her, and I'd like to see her with people who she can build up some trust with.
OFFERED CR: Emma could mom everyone if you'd let her. She'd also be good with leadership, or rescuing. Also, she can be kind of a brat sometimes. She might threaten to punch your character in the face (and it wouldn't be a hollow threat). With Emma, you also get a reluctant magical fairytale heroine who could encourage people to do the right thing. Someone a little tough around the edges who'd be good backup in just about any situation. A good friend and savior, and overall decent person. Oh! I can also offer up that she might (sometimes) be able to tell when your character is lying about something. I tend not to use that too much, but if it's ever needed, let me know and we can plot something out.
PLANS: I'm gonna be honest, my plan is just to tag people and enjoy having her build connections here. I CAN MAKE MORE PLANS if needed. Or, if you have something in mind. I want to do things!

PERSONALITY: Lalli is a very solitary and isolated person who has recently had to work in close connected quarters with other people and has sort of mixed feelings about the whole thing. While he prefers to work alone, he's also very focused on team survival, doing his job as a scout well, and also has started to connected more with at least one person. He's not the most book smart guy and isn't very socially astute, but he's a good guy who still tries to put other's people's interests to heart. He's a mage but that doesn't really work here for canon reasons, unless they happen to go somewhere with a bunch of dead Scandinavian people??? What are the odds?? But he's also 19 and acts and talks like a 19 year old. Also spiritually part cat (that's a lie but it might as well be the truth). He also isn't much for talking in general and will be unaccustomed to weird non-Finnish people understanding him, but he makes a lot of weird noises to make up for it.
DESIRED CR: I HATE SAYING ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING BECAUSE THAT'S SO UNCREATIVE but I'm very malleable and open to anything! Lalli is one of those types though that is going to be more about making top-levels and not tagging out unless he has established CR with someone, so people who are sociable and make him do stuff are great. But again, anything, everything, I will make this work!!!!
OFFERED CR: He's by all intents and purposes an order-taker, not an order-maker. He's a topographical and exploration asset to any teams because both scouting and physical landscape memory are both things he's great at. He's a little standoffish and not one to initiate conversation, but it's shown he's a great contrast to people who are more talkative and basically his opposite.
PLANS: I have no plans thus far! I didn't tag into the TDM (i felt super late b/c work killed me) but I'm just assuming Lalli did his usual lone ranger thing and am starting fresh with the game opening. So the basic concept of the plan so far is just tag and see what happens.

All jokes aside, as the princess of Atlantis, Kida feels the weight of responsibility a lot--she's more likely to feel like she has to go along with ALASTAIR's plans, knowing they're holding her way back to her city at the end of her tether. She's a pretty straightforward person for being eight thousand (!!) years old, and she hasn't seen much of the world, though she's eager to learn. She's naturally pretty charismatic and willing to step forward in a crisis, though isn't as level-headed about it as you'd think. She's definitely the 'lead the charge' type. you can read Kida's app here.

DESIRED CR: People to teach her how to read, because she's illiterate. People to teach her how electricity works and how to guns. 'Friends' sounds like a cop-out, but people she can trust and level with--they don't need to be as boisterous as she is, but being a little adventurous helps.

OFFERED CR: She can teach combat and survival skills, as well as the spear/scythe. She will be your stalwart protector. Are you a nerd? Gosh she wants to pick your brain SO BAD.

PLANS: I want to blast open Kida's worldview. I want to push her to a point where she might actually get so fed up with ALASTAIR's machinations that she would consider putting her own people/her belonging to Atlantis on the line. I want her to maybe accept that her people can't flourish as they are now, and go back-and-forth on that idea. Is the absence of free agency worth it to accomplish good, are we doing good, what is good VS what is right, that whole thing.
