ADULT LADY FRIENDS let's. please. Kida's actually pretty naive despite being old as shit--she has moments of wisdom/clarity, but having someone like Riza around to ground her would be fantastic.

(Also, teach her how to shoot things, please.)

ADULT LADY FRIENDS......reaches out my hands to you. Also I'm pretty I'm one of like five hundred people here but I was super excited to see Kida on the TDM. You're making all our childhood dreams come true.

But yeah let's learn about guns and talk about life and generally be badass ladies together. I did want to apologize for my slowness with the TDM thread - I got hit with a cold earlier this week and have been pretty useless because of it.

I'm making my own childhood dreams come true tbh there's nothing altruistic about this...

I feel like Riza, coming from a military background, and esp in the light of FMA world's terrible track record with genocide, might sympathize better with Kida's concerns re: her people, their declining culture. Interesting talks ahead!

And no worries! It's completely fine, if you end up deciding to drop it we can just handwave a resolution, yeah? So no stress.

I thought I replied to this but apparently I never did, whoops. Agreed though, I can definitely see interesting talks between the both of them and I'm super excited for that.

But yes, if you're alright with handwaving the rest of our tdm thread that might be the best move at this point in time. Was there any specific outcome you wanted out of it, in terms of the townsperson they come across?

As for the kid, young adult, whatever--they let him go? Kida would've been ready (but not...enthusiastic or anything) to draw blood because he might bring back more villagers/complicate things, but Riza could be the voice of reason if you think she'd play that role. Kid's pissing himself, clearly, so they can just take him outside and let him find his way back. He won't be any trouble, right? (cue lots of frantic nodding.)

They'd have to go back for the dragons, but it's best he didn't make it all the way to the nest, just in case.

But that sounds excellent and works for me! Riza's preference is to avoid any unnecessary bloodshed so she'd definitely try and talk Kida down (after making use of the initial threat of Kida's intensity).
