NAME: Kisuke Urahara
CANON: Bleach
PERSONALITY: A humble shopkeeper who is in no way shady and a kind and gentle soul-ahahaha I'm sorry. No one believes that anymore.

Urahara is at best, a generally kind-hearted genius who wants the best for the world at whole, and at worst is a pragmatic chessmaster who doesn't shy away from sacrifices to get the best possible scenario, even though he may not like it. He puts those hard choices on his own shoulders and bears the guilt of what he's had to manipulate people into doing. He never makes people go against their nature, but he does push them into some pretty awful circumstances and he knows it.

He's an insufferable know-it-all who has to plan for every possible scenario, and while he normally keeps his plans and theories to himself, the team is too big for that to work, so yes, he does tend to openly throw theories out to see what comes of people reacting to them.

He's not a nice person, even if he pretends to be a doofus. He can be cold and calculated when he wants to be, and he hides most of that behind this friendly, cheerful veneer. He would rather people didn't know he has a pretty aggressive dark side.

Also he's a badass genius ninja swordsman with magical powers. And his sword has a spirit he can talk to. She's mean.

DESIRED CR: PEOPLE TO GET CLOSER TO HIM. HOLY SHIT. He's actually opened up to a few people about some things, but still less than like... 10% of the game know what he even is much less anything deep about him. SHOVE VIOLENTLY ON THOSE WALLS.
OFFERED CR: A shady shounen mentor figure, because everyone needs those. A science buddy. A guy interested in all your problems because he sure likes solving them.

RECAP: After feeling like he suffered a devastating personal loss in Perdition's Rest by not focusing on the right part of the mission and thus missing all the clues about the Deemers and thus Zymandis, Urahara threw himself full force into this mission, turning towards finding a cure and a vaccine and single-mindedly obsessing over it with the other members of Team Science.

The infection reminded him deeply of the Hollowfication Incident, giving him further cause to cure it, all while wondering if he was going to end up repeating history if he isn't careful, going as far as to explain that dark secret to Sieglinde in the hopes she could recognize if he started pushing the experiments too far and pull him back.

After trying to assist Nyuu/Lucy who was infected, he became infected as well, though he's still working in the hospital for now, until he can fully transfer his work to the quarantine area in a few weeks. Right now, he's in his second week of infection and has been preparing for the inevitable by putting seals on himself to keep his reiatsu output from getting too high.

He's also been trying to maneuver people behind the scenes, because he believes Zymandis has set a trap and is trying to plan around whatever plan they might have. It's not really going that well, but dammit he can't do everything.

PLANS: BRING THE CURE AND VACCINE INTO FRUITION. STAY TUNED FOR THAT. And then he's gonna fucking rest, hopefully, because holy shit that was a wild ride.

TAGGING HABITS: I live in Seattle, so my timezone is PST. I work 9 to 4, as a software developer and often have my main tagging hours during the work day. It's very workload dependent. I am, however, dealing with FMS and that can sometimes knock me out without much warning. Fibro also means I sleep a ton, pretty much 7 to 7, I'm rarely around after work.

CANON: Outlast: Whistleblower
PERSONALITY: Waylon is a really average guy who has had some really terrible experiences. He lived his life pretty retiring and mild-mannered, but then he discovered his conscience was a stronger force than he realized. Ended up setting off a chain reaction of horrible shit. Where he's at now is that his life was already ripped apart before he came here, and being here is really only just more disorienting. He's a stand up guy and wants to help, isn't sure how, and is a little panicky about if he can really keep it together. He's generally at least somewhat nervous or awkward at all times, but tends to push through anyway. He really misses his family, which he actually did before he came to the game. Wife Lisa and two twin boys!!
DESIRED CR: Man, I had to take a hiatus when I started my new job and it really threw me off my game, so I honestly need all the CR, positive and negative because I never quite got on the horse to start with. I guess in particular, I'm really interested in other normal-er people for him to feel a little more at home with, or at least people with some solid sympathy for a traumatized software engineer ripped out of time and space??

He has some issues with his buddy Miles Upshur that he has not talked to anyone about, I am looking for the right confidante about how like... that dude is a murder machine and something needs to be done about it before he goes apeshit. (Sorry not sorry upshur)

PERSONALITY: Seviilia is BLEH BLEH HUGE BITCH (nice homestuck meme kay 2010 called) but can usually be counted on to perform tasks and things as needed of her. In spite of all that, she's a fairly misanthropic dead commander person who literally feeds off the bodily suffering of others like some kind of weird kinky vampire. She wants everyone close enough to use them, but far away enough where she doesn't have to think about anything too deeply. She's largely fakey fake when it comes to being nice to people, but she's fairly convincing.

TL;DR Seviilia is the mean, sneaky, somewhat morally bankrupt death knight.

DESIRED CR: I am looking for more opportunities to get her close to people. She's generally been a criminal on the run for her entire life except for very recently and is still kind of trying to reconcile having people who know her name and want to get to know her and see her as something other than just an attack dog.

On the flip side I am also down to slide into the attack dog role more often.

OFFERED CR: ...an attack dog! There's a very high chance that Seviilia will drop in uninvited to conflicts she perceives as dangerous if she is connected to anyone. She's a Death Knight after all, the "knight" part of that is not just for show.

Seviilia is also kind of a stone wall when it comes to feelings and emotion that aren't anger or apathy, and she is learning that a lot of people could use that kind of influence in their life. As previously mentioned, Seviilia is kind of a pain vampire creature and is literally always looking for donors, so if you want your place on the choking checklist, lmk.

DESIRED CR: I'm always down for just about any kind of CR. Fate is pretty easy to get into a conversation with, and it's not that hard to talk him into a hairbrained plan and get him involved in hijinks. The wackier, the better.

RECAP: Slowly since Perdition's Rest and due to his canon update, Twisted Fate has become a little bit less selfish, and is slowly trying to do better by Audentes and be a bit more of a team player. He's still fairly passive and doesn't like to get too involved if he doesn't have to, but he's gradually coming along. Having friends totally helps inspire the best out of him.
PLANS: At this time, Twisted Fate's biggest goal is that he is on the hunt to find a way to become immortal.

Despite all his self-obsession, he CAN be incredibly supportive. He's an entertainer, darling. He only ever wants to bring joy to everyone around him*.

RECAP: THINGS ARE... a little strained for Mettaton right now. His gripping obsession with his cloak and how he looks in it has torn a few rifts in his relationships, making things a little awkward at home. Since he's the king of avoidance, he's probably now spending all of his time in the quarantine to help and... not. be around his roommates. One of his friends just revealed that he liked him, which is also awkward, since Mettaton enjoys BEING liked, but is entirely unsure of whether he likes this person back and whether it's worth it to even try. On top of this is the actual calamity taking place in Woodhurst, which he's also doing his best to both help with and emotionally distance himself with. He loves humans. He loves humans so much. He doesn't want to acknowledge how awful this all is. He's not good at disasters until it's too late to do anything about them. Please distract the distracter.

— emotional reactive types. Graham is heartless, so he doesn't have a much in the way of reactivity. he really benefits from more colorful characters around him, so if you have an extra char that can liven him up, please, let's throw them together!

— graham can teach characters a slight range of skills, including survivalist training, archery, and hand to hand, as well as animal caretaking. he also knows some medical and herbalism stuff.

RECAP: UHHHHH WELL her boyfriend is kind of going insane and she has not gotten a proper night's sleep in like 2 weeks so life is just peachy. (It's not, at all.) She's garbage at the science part so mostly she's just been doing policework and trying to prevent the city from bursting into further flames and also trying not to lose her mind. (That's also not working really well.)

RECAP: For her cover story Sonia said that she arrived from Germany with her "brother" Giovanni for her long distance relationship to Haise. She came as a transfer student to take her 5th year of medical studies here, then moved to work as Urahara's intern in the hospital after the first riot happened. She's been working at the hospital since and just going home with Giovanni, Haise or anyone else who offers to take her tbh. As of today she is on house quarantine as she became infected on the 23rd and the hospital is a mess basically.
PLANS: As a group we have stuff for the vaccine/cure planned for the future, but she pretty much will be at home working on that... She's on week 3 of her infection as it's going slightly faster with symptoms so her struggle will be real soon enough oops.

She's excitable and enthusiastic about most things, even if she doesn't understand them at all. It's also pretty hard to truly upset her, and even though she's young, she comes from a pretty cut-throat society, so she's pretty emotionally durable.

DESIRED CR: More friends her age...? If there are any teenagers she hasn't met yet. Negative CR is hard to maintain with her because she just won't really stick around for it, but if she could spark a rivalry with someone, that might be pretty fun. Also maybe parents. She's started collecting siblings but a mom or dad figure might be fun.

Keats is a highly skeptical and very sarcastic Irish journalist for an obscure occult magazine, which is ironic, considering he doesn't actually believe in magic. Also, he actually has magical powers that allow him to use monstrous souls of the dead stored in his own body, so he's pretty much a GIANT HYPOCRITE (and walking talking soul jar). He's also a jerk who doesn't mind saying it how it is and shirking authority, and he tries very hard to be cool (he's not cool). When he's not being cynical and beating stuff up, he's actually...a good person? Sometimes? It happens.

Also, he's actually a magical fairy ghost self-insert OC created by a little kid, and he's in complete and utter denial of his true nature. I wish I was making that up, but it's 1000% true.

-POSITIVE CR. Keats doesn't have many friends, which is...understandable, given who Keats is. Still, he can be a good friend (if a very sarcastic one), so give him a chance and maybe he'll return the favor.

His app is here if you want the indepth version, but...! Essentially, Sans is a nihilistic guy with a penchant for bad jokes and generally taking it easy. He lives his life sort of one step removed, thoroughly convinced of his own inability to affect change. That doesn't mean his heartless (well, except literally), and he certainly does care despite himself. He cares a lot. It's just kind of a secret. And secrets are kind of his thing. "He never tells anybody anything," according to Papyrus, so stuff like his science love, his temporal angst, and all that jazz is kept locked up tight. Though he has his moments of transparency.

He's also not above helping, if it's literally down to him alone. Monsters are made of compassion and care bear magic and all that jazz, so he's a pretty nice dude. He just also happens to make a lot of choices for people against their will and keep everyone in the dark about what he's feeling or thinking, but hey! Nothing like a little 'well meaning asshole' to balance out that chill dude vibe.

A further note: Sans' canon point is the Empress Undyne ending, where he is living with Toriel in the ruins. He was in that version of reality for about a year, so it's a little dizzying going from just hanging around a house eating pie with just one other person to suddenly. Y'know. This. Good thing he's adaptable!

DESIRED CR: Gosh! I'm really excited for pretty much anything I can get my grubby little mitts on, but let me give y'all a bullet point list to spark some ideas! My desires are not limited to this list tho, hit me with whatever you've got!

☠ People who knew Sans before! Sans is likely going to be torn between two theories -- that he's an amnesiac of some kind or that there was a timeline divergence that left him in some other Sans' timeline. He's probably gonna assume the one people knew before is back in his timeline, and. Welp. That's rough, buddy.
☠ Science pals! Scientists in general, people who Sans can engage with on that level are always a blast! Sans area is theoretical quantum physics and Time Bullshit, but he dabbles in engineering as well (though I personally choose to believe he's not that great at it).
☠ Drinking buddies? Rest assured, once Sans finds a bar to hang out in, he's going to be there most every night. It's only a little bit as depressing as it sounds. He's a fun guy! Y'know, like how the cast of Cheers always had a great time even if they were all alcoholics! Let's party down, guy!
☠ Papyrus Patrol. It's not Sans unless he's not so subtly all up in his bros business (from a respectful distance, ofc). Fellow members of the Pap fanclub, people who don't like the guy, come one come all. ☠ Magic! Or non magic! Sans doesn't use his magic often for more than the every day stuff. RECAP: Sans just arrived, but he is getting his bearings. His cover story is that he's just some drifter who blew into town. His inorganic status and complete ambivalence to cold allows him to hang out on street corners all day, unbothered by infected and able to gather information as he sees fit. Mostly, his present priorities are to get back to Oska to try and piece together what happened to him in the past and why he's here now. The Bristol Virus is kinda low on his list of priorities, but he does know they ain't getting back without a cure -- so that's motivation enough, in a way.

CANON: A Song of Ice and Fire, the book series that spawned HBO's Grimdark Death and Dragons.
PERSONALITY: Sort of a weird cross between regal queen (her usual setting) and curious/whimsical/playful young woman (if she likes you). Eloquent, charming, and commands attention. Dany was a quiet, terrified child who ended up surviving various trials by fire, and now she's the one who causes the fires. Diverges from your standard royalty because she spent 8 years on and off living on what her brother earned through begging, and has never known a real home. She's prideful and has a violent temper that can change in an instant, but is surprisingly compassionate toward people and has a knack for moving all kinds of difficult personalities to get things done. Flies a dragon in her spare time, secretly loves adventure, and somehow manages to despise and overthrow the establishment ... despite actually being the establishment.

RECAP: Grabbed an apartment uptown with Ahad and Loki and marveled ... very briefly ... at the advancements of this society. Had her first motorcycle ride and may want one for herself. Bought a homeless guy a sandwich with Graham and asked that he be given shelter. Got caught in the riots and shepherded a small handful to safety with her. After commandeering the PA system to help a team break into toxicology, was attacked by an infected Shiro in the hospital and is currently pretending it's not a super dire situation. Descended into the sewers to see them for herself with Anakin, because she's already sick. Advocated for Dr. Percy's interrogation, instead of killing him outright.

Oh, and is entering the anger phase of the disease, so here we go.
PLANS: Is in talks to help Sieglinde with her cure related projects, even though she's out of her element. Wants to help coordinate in some way with the safehouse while she's still lucid, if I can get over to the plotting post. She'll likely have input on Zymandis at the end of the month.

RECAP: He remains sore about how he was scorned by a portion of the crew when he publicly challenged Koltira, but nevertheless he has been assisting with this mission due to the danger the Bristol Virus poses to everyone. Due to the gruesome death of Patroclus, he has spent the last two weeks as a blanket burrito in the care of Jin and Asher. Oh yeah, also he was recently gifted with defensive magic that is functionally similar to Mage Armor in D&D.
PLANS: A GOOD OLD-FASHIONED GREEK FUNERAL. Please join the fun. I spent all of my AC coins on sacrificial oxen. It's gonna be lit. Get it. Lit. Other than that...I'm uncertain of his continued involvement in the mission. RECAP: Sieglinde came into Woodhurst with the ruse of adopted daughter to Achilles and Patroclus, and actually experienced a rare bit of happiness in the beginning of the mission, enjoying "family life" and even her thirteenth birthday. As the virus situation escalated she took to using her feet as a ruse to be in hospital and work secretly at nights with Urahara in the labs. Unfortunately, things fell apart in a most awful way, and now she's the only one of the four member science team she's working with that isn't infected, one of her pretend-fathers is dead, the other wracked with grief, and all she can do is throw herself into the race towards a cure for the Bristol virus.

PLANS: Sieglinde will be attending Patroclus' funeral and warding the area so Achilles can hold the rites of his culture without Woodhurst people noticing. After that she'll mostly try to put herself in seclusion until the vaccine and cure for the virus are developed, (approx. 5/25ish).

ANYTHING ELSE? Sieglinde has lost a lot of her CR recently to drops, so I'm desperate for new stuff and need help preventing her from sealing herself off in response. SENDING OUT AN S.O.S. TO THE WORLD- !!!
