TAGGING HABITS: I live in Seattle, so my timezone is PST. I work 9 to 4, as a software developer and often have my main tagging hours during the work day. It's very workload dependent. PERSONALITY: Waylon is a really average guy who has had some really terrible experiences. He lived his life pretty retiring and mild-mannered, but then he discovered his conscience was a stronger force than he realized. Ended up setting off a chain reaction of horrible shit. Where he's at now is that his life was already ripped apart before he came here, and being here is really only just more disorienting. He's a stand up guy and wants to help, isn't sure how, and is a little panicky about if he can really keep it together. He's generally at least somewhat nervous or awkward at all times, but tends to push through anyway. He really misses his family, which he actually did before he came to the game. Wife Lisa and two twin boys!!
DESIRED CR: Man, I had to take a hiatus when I started my new job and it really threw me off my game, so I honestly need all the CR, positive and negative because I never quite got on the horse to start with. I guess in particular, I'm really interested in other normal-er people for him to feel a little more at home with, or at least people with some solid sympathy for a traumatized software engineer ripped out of time and space??

He has some issues with his buddy Miles Upshur that he has not talked to anyone about, I am looking for the right confidante about how like... that dude is a murder machine and something needs to be done about it before he goes apeshit. (Sorry not sorry upshur)

HE'S A ZOMBO, but he's not doing the quarantine or broadcasting it publicly because people be crazy. honestly, for most of february i was bedridden, so not a lot has happened recently. i'm only just getting back into the groove of things!
PLANS: fuck, idk. definitely NOT doing any fighting because he's not a fighty guy, but he has dumpy around to protect him if anyone wants a shitty robot to help them fight. mostly he is going to be a sad sickie until medicine comes along, then he will probably help with whatever non-action-y things are going on.

PERSONALITY: Seviilia is BLEH BLEH HUGE BITCH (nice homestuck meme kay 2010 called) but can usually be counted on to perform tasks and things as needed of her. In spite of all that, she's a fairly misanthropic dead commander person who literally feeds off the bodily suffering of others like some kind of weird kinky vampire. She wants everyone close enough to use them, but far away enough where she doesn't have to think about anything too deeply. She's largely fakey fake when it comes to being nice to people, but she's fairly convincing.

TL;DR Seviilia is the mean, sneaky, somewhat morally bankrupt death knight.

DESIRED CR: I am looking for more opportunities to get her close to people. She's generally been a criminal on the run for her entire life except for very recently and is still kind of trying to reconcile having people who know her name and want to get to know her and see her as something other than just an attack dog.

On the flip side I am also down to slide into the attack dog role more often.

OFFERED CR: ...an attack dog! There's a very high chance that Seviilia will drop in uninvited to conflicts she perceives as dangerous if she is connected to anyone. She's a Death Knight after all, the "knight" part of that is not just for show.

Seviilia is also kind of a stone wall when it comes to feelings and emotion that aren't anger or apathy, and she is learning that a lot of people could use that kind of influence in their life. As previously mentioned, Seviilia is kind of a pain vampire creature and is literally always looking for donors, so if you want your place on the choking checklist, lmk.

PERSONALITY: A humble shopkeeper who is in no way shady and a kind and gentle soul-ahahaha I'm sorry. No one believes that anymore.

Urahara is at best, a generally kind-hearted genius who wants the best for the world at whole, and at worst is a pragmatic chessmaster who doesn't shy away from sacrifices to get the best possible scenario, even though he may not like it. He puts those hard choices on his own shoulders and bears the guilt of what he's had to manipulate people into doing. He never makes people go against their nature, but he does push them into some pretty awful circumstances and he knows it.

He's an insufferable know-it-all who has to plan for every possible scenario, and while he normally keeps his plans and theories to himself, the team is too big for that to work, so yes, he does tend to openly throw theories out to see what comes of people reacting to them.

He's not a nice person, even if he pretends to be a doofus. He can be cold and calculated when he wants to be, and he hides most of that behind this friendly, cheerful veneer. He would rather people didn't know he has a pretty aggressive dark side.

Also he's a badass genius ninja swordsman with magical powers. And his sword has a spirit he can talk to. She's mean.

DESIRED CR: PEOPLE TO GET CLOSER TO HIM. HOLY SHIT. He's actually opened up to a few people about some things, but still less than like... 10% of the game know what he even is much less anything deep about him. SHOVE VIOLENTLY ON THOSE WALLS.
OFFERED CR: A shady shounen mentor figure, because everyone needs those. A science buddy. A guy interested in all your problems because he sure likes solving them.

RECAP: After feeling like he suffered a devastating personal loss in Perdition's Rest by not focusing on the right part of the mission and thus missing all the clues about the Deemers and thus Zymandis, Urahara threw himself full force into this mission, turning towards finding a cure and a vaccine and single-mindedly obsessing over it with the other members of Team Science.

The infection reminded him deeply of the Hollowfication Incident, giving him further cause to cure it, all while wondering if he was going to end up repeating history if he isn't careful, going as far as to explain that dark secret to Sieglinde in the hopes she could recognize if he started pushing the experiments too far and pull him back.

After trying to assist Nyuu/Lucy who was infected, he became infected as well, though he's still working in the hospital for now, until he can fully transfer his work to the quarantine area in a few weeks. Right now, he's in his second week of infection and has been preparing for the inevitable by putting seals on himself to keep his reiatsu output from getting too high.

He's also been trying to maneuver people behind the scenes, because he believes Zymandis has set a trap and is trying to plan around whatever plan they might have. It's not really going that well, but dammit he can't do everything.

PLANS: BRING THE CURE AND VACCINE INTO FRUITION. STAY TUNED FOR THAT. And then he's gonna fucking rest, hopefully, because holy shit that was a wild ride.

He loves humans and denies their faults. He denies his OWN faults. How can he have faults when he looks this good? Seriously, look at him. Look at all of him. It's very good.
Despite all his self-obsession, he CAN be incredibly supportive. He's an entertainer, darling. He only ever wants to bring joy to everyone around him*.
*because then you are forced to pay attention to him.
DESIRED CR: I am down for ANY CR right now. He has a nice mix of people he likes versus people he has decided to avoid like the plague, so any other mixed nuts in that bag is good in my book.

RECAP: THINGS ARE... a little strained for Mettaton right now. His gripping obsession with his cloak and how he looks in it has torn a few rifts in his relationships, making things a little awkward at home. Since he's the king of avoidance, he's probably now spending all of his time in the quarantine to help and... not. be around his roommates. One of his friends just revealed that he liked him, which is also awkward, since Mettaton enjoys BEING liked, but is entirely unsure of whether he likes this person back and whether it's worth it to even try. On top of this is the actual calamity taking place in Woodhurst, which he's also doing his best to both help with and emotionally distance himself with. He loves humans. He loves humans so much. He doesn't want to acknowledge how awful this all is. He's not good at disasters until it's too late to do anything about them. Please distract the distracter.

I'm looking for him to continue to be helpful, since he's a master at internalizing the fuck out of his own problems until it becomes a molatov cocktail and he's kicking children on live tv. DESIRED CR: Shouts NEGATIVE CR into the void.....I'll never say no to positive cr and generally that's not hard with her but things have pretty smooth-sailing lately and it displeases my conflict-loving soul. Negative CR would be pretty easy to get since her fuse is super short due to the everything that is happening right now.
OFFERED CR: She's been here since game start so if your character has q's or is newer, I'm happy to go the info-sharing route ICly. Otherwise she tends to be on the more sober side, so good for more serious moral discussions and also for characters who like hassling people. Most importantly, she has a dog!!! Who doesn't want a dog friend, lbr.

RECAP: UHHHHH WELL her boyfriend is kind of going insane and she has not gotten a proper night's sleep in like 2 weeks so life is just peachy. (It's not, at all.) She's garbage at the science part so mostly she's just been doing policework and trying to prevent the city from bursting into further flames and also trying not to lose her mind. (That's also not working really well.)
PLANS: Maybe help guard the quarantine, scrounge up supplies and food for the science-y folks so they can make a cure faster, IDK??? I've always flown by the seat of my pants and that hasn't changed at all recently, #yolo.

She works hard and is very stubborn -- especially about making friendships. She had a very lonely life until she went to Japan because of her status as a princess, so she is truly making the most of that here. Sometimes she can find things difficult to understand - especially jokes. She's a weirdo in that she loves horror, serial killers and demons/magic too I guess [bleak]
DESIRED CR: Really I am not picky about this, I would welcome anything.

She came as a transfer student to take her 5th year of medical studies here, then moved to work as Urahara's intern in the hospital after the first riot happened. She's been working at the hospital since and just going home with Giovanni, Haise or anyone else who offers to take her tbh. As of today she is on house quarantine as she became infected on the 23rd and the hospital is a mess basically.
PLANS: As a group we have stuff for the vaccine/cure planned for the future, but she pretty much will be at home working on that... She's on week 3 of her infection as it's going slightly faster with symptoms so her struggle will be real soon enough oops.

PERSONALITY: a heartless huntsman with a sad past and sadder eyes and an irish accent. seriously, he is very irish sounding. basically assume everything he says sounds like a question. I can't abuse my question mark key that way, but that's about how it sounds.

— FRIENDS!!! he can always use more friends. I say that every time, but it is still true. on top of that, getting closer to the few he really trusts would be fantastic.
— emotional reactive types. Graham is heartless, so he doesn't have a much in the way of reactivity. he really benefits from more colorful characters around him, so if you have an extra char that can liven him up, please, let's throw them together!
OFFERED CR:
— graham can teach characters a slight range of skills, including survivalist training, archery, and hand to hand, as well as animal caretaking. he also knows some medical and herbalism stuff.
— anti-alastair grousing. graham has been a part of alastair for a very long time now, and he is not shy about telling people what he does not like about the group. anyone else that wants to build on that sentiment, he is here and ready to grumble.
— dead person club. he died in his own world, so anyone that is sort of stuck in Audentes forever could be interesting cr for him, since they will relate well to each other.

Keats is a highly skeptical and very sarcastic Irish journalist for an obscure occult magazine, which is ironic, considering he doesn't actually believe in magic. Also, he actually has magical powers that allow him to use monstrous souls of the dead stored in his own body, so he's pretty much a GIANT HYPOCRITE (and walking talking soul jar). He's also a jerk who doesn't mind saying it how it is and shirking authority, and he tries very hard to be cool (he's not cool). When he's not being cynical and beating stuff up, he's actually...a good person? Sometimes? It happens.

Also, he's actually a magical fairy ghost self-insert OC created by a little kid, and he's in complete and utter denial of his true nature. I wish I was making that up, but it's 1000% true.

DESIRED CR:
-POSITIVE CR. Keats doesn't have many friends, which is...understandable, given who Keats is. Still, he can be a good friend (if a very sarcastic one), so give him a chance and maybe he'll return the favor.
-MAGICAL PEOPLE. Keats is getting better about his denial over magic, and needs people he can practice/discuss magic with!

-SUPER MAGICAL NERD. Keats is honestly a huge nerd. He will talk about mythology and legends for hours if you prod him. He is here to be anyone's fellow occult geek.

RECAP: Keats has been helping investigate the Bristol virus for the last several weeks and has, somehow, managed not to be infected. He's currently having a bit of a social life upheaval and is kind of sort-of in a not-really-a-relationship with Mettaton?? MAYBE??
PLANS: No concrete plans, though he'll be helping beat up aliens if they pop up and trying to keep everything in order as much as he can.
