That could work, yes! I just. You know, doubt that she would be allowed to stay by herself without at least one adult/older character with her. Minor supervision laws etc are probably still a Thing there.

Well back home she snuck out at at night to go after the Clow Cards/weird things Eriol set up to make her change them to Sakura cards under her own magic.

No need for that here with ALASTAIR at least, but. She has done it before. So if she gets curious/worried enough and tries to help figure this out, not wanting to worry them this is a Thing that could happen.

Her bro saw through it instantly but that's. Touya. idk if Reika and/or Julius would. Julius prob more likely because he knows her better.

It depends on how realistic the mimic is... if it's passable enough for normal Sakura Reika would have no idea.

Mirror can fool others not as close as family. Even then Touya doesn't actually ever let on that he's aware Sakura is up to something.

Does Sakura have any favorite foods? He should spoil her sometime during the mission and be a good caretaker.

She does! Her favorite foods are omelet and noodles with seafood and her favorite recipe is pancakes. She loves making pancakes even if Kero usually eats most of them being the glutton her Guardian is.
