CHARACTER INFO.
NAME: Emma Swan
CANON: Once Upon A Time
PERSONALITY: Emma is a former "lost girl" who grew up in the foster system and gave up on that arrangement when she was sixteen. As a teen runaway, she fell in love and was abandoned by that person, and consequently has a lot of trust (and abandonment) issues. When life got hard, she used to run, but in the past few years she has had a family to ground her. The most important person in her life is her son, Henry, and Emma has become such a mom since he came into her life. She's protective of the people she cares about and ready to stand up for what's right, and desperately wants to make sure she never lets her kid down again. Though she hasn't had a lot of significant connections in her life, Emma is a good friend who could offer some supportive CR and might also be in need of that herself. She's hard on herself when she screws up and makes mistakes, and is usually more forgiving of other people (even if she resists at first).

Emma has magic and is aware of it, and has started to learn more about her abilities. She's insecure about that part of herself because she knows it makes her different. Where she's from, magic comes with a price and she's determined not to go too dark.
DESIRED CR: More friends, someone to butt heads with, younger chars to mom, magic users who might be able to help her figure out her abilities, someone to get a drink with. Would love more things across the board.
OFFERED CR: Badass mom and fairytale savior, a little rough around the edges, good heart, willing to stick her neck out for people.

RECAP: Emma is coming off of having a good time at the holiday celebration, but also worrying about the state of Graham's heart and trying to be useful there. She's also missing her family because it's been a long damn time since she's been home.
PLANS: I'm hoping she'll be able to get some new CR from the next mission. She'll be willing to reach out and help in any way she can, even with the infected members of the team.

MISSION SPECIFIC.
BACKSTORY: Emma just moved to town with her boyfriend, Graham, and their two dogs. The two of them have been together for a few years, having met when he was her superior on the force in their previous town. Both of them would like to work for the local police department here, and have flawless records of professionalism and appropriate conduct (shhh).
HOUSING: Emma lives with Graham, Sunny, and Brother. Sunny is a Northern Inuit, and Brother is a super fluffy Samoyed. They have a small apartment that meets their needs, and while Sunny seems to be having trouble adjusting to her new home, Brother is doing just fine.
