NAME: Peridot
CANON: Steven Universe
PERSONALITY: Lime green drama queen. Loud and obnoxious and arrogant. Assumes she's right about everything. Always assumes she's the smartest in the room. Pretty much gem Alexander Hamilton. Strangely literal. Surprisingly adorable when she wants to be. Just wants to be loved and given attention. Is really invested in the conservation of planets to make up for her destructive past. Still doesn't understand a lot of "human" things.

She also produces her own low level magnetic field.

DESIRED CR: People who can fight with her and eventually fall into a strange comraderie with her. People who will give her things to do so she feels useful, because she deeply enjoys that. Anything. Love her and despair.
OFFERED CR: An adorable angry cat that needs love and attention to be taught about the world, because there's a lot she doesn't understand. A tiny brat you can pick on and watch her slap fight you into eternity. Can find your keys for you with her metal powers.

OPEN POSTS: N/A
RECAP: When Peridot arrived, she was determined to leave by any means necessary, but since her first mission, she's settled (reluctantly) on the idea that she may have to stay here. Perdition's Rest gave her a feeling of accomplishment and she feels like Steven would WANT her to help as much as she can. So even though, she's still uncertain, she's been throwing herself wholeheartedly into everything.

Succeeding in helping the Qorral really fluffed her already massive ego.
PLANS: Peridot has most achieved her redemption arc in canon, but still has a lot of growing to do, especially when it comes to working with others and not being a bossy loudmouth who says whatever is on her mind.

Because the Perdition's Rest mission went so well, she's going to be very overconfident about this one, until it occurs to her it's way over her depth and she gets in trouble (though the likelihood of her being able to get infected is... pretty nil because of her make-up), and she will not be best pleased about using a device that makes her appear human.
