TL;FIRST IMPRESSIONS It's been a month since the opening of the game, everyone's gotten to know eachother! Between what needs to be done, of course. That means it's time for some first impressions! This is pretty simple (it's just a tl;cr meme in disguise): — Make a comment with your character's name in the title. — Comment to people. Receive some words. — Reply to your own comments with lots of words. — Words, probably.

But a more serious note.

She was pretty convinced he was another obnoxious drunk, from the first time she bumped into him back at the caves. She did and still does find him a little obnoxious, Alice is a pretty subdued person, so Ban's flippancy clashes with that. When he did drain her energy in an attempt to take her vorpal blade, that did frighten her and she's been doing what she can to just reaaaally move on from that and pretend as if it ever happened.

He brings a lot of conflicting feelings.

Oh, my god, round up Ban, Gil, and Gin, and s2g, it's like the tea party back in Wonderland.

He also really unnerves her, she does find him to be a bit of a creeper and that was pretty much her line of thought, from the moment she bumped into him. Not only that, the fact she's small and because the way she grew up, Alice is a little sore about being seen younger than she appears to be.

Not much of a surprise, but Alice is super curious about Helboy. The whole binary of human and non human isn't a big deal to her and it would be a lie to say that she sees him as a regular guy. He seems pretty friendly and Alice was wondering there for a moment that there could have been a number of people like Hellboy. As much as she would love to ask him questions, thankfully adult Alice knows restraint and has learned not to do that to people.

Haha, never worry about it. School and work keep me slow.

Bare in mind that Alice hasn't really had a lot of interaction with people that would qualify as "peers". In canon, she knows a few women that she keeps in touch frequently and both of these women are pretty problematic. One blackmails Alice to keep her "secret" (it's not really much of a secret, just a malicious woman using her survivor's guilt as leverage to give her booze and money).

Riza doesn't seem to have these problems that these women she knows. In her time, women obviously can't walk off on their ow n and they can't really dress the way Riza does. Alice is really enamored with this. She's young, she's still new to things, too, so Riza makes her feel a little younger than she is. It's not a bad thing, but she felt secure enough to walk with her and ask her things because she genuinely has no real idea how to just function normally in a calm social setting. So she feels very comfortable around Riza, she really would like to get to know her better.

Riza's super curious about Alice and what she's been through, though she'd be really sad if she ever learned about Alice's history. I've really enjoyed Alice a lot in our one lonely thread so I'd love to hit her up again when I'm not drowning.

He's really, really weird.

I would say Alice was used to weird, if it didn't exist only in her own mind. She does appreciate the fact he knows how it's like to basically starve and how hard life can be both economically speaking and how much people are infuriating. While he's pretty immature, he actually doesn't seem to be getting on her nerves as much as Gilgamesh and Ban. SURPRISE! But she did see him as a goof, no lie, but eventually came to the conclusion he's just really quirky.

Alice is very upset that Steven and Sakura seem to be here, they are far too young, in her opinion. But Sakura came off as very intelligent for her age, very composed. And while Alice isn't usually the most optimistic, she humored that to keep her safe. So far, Sakura reminds her a little of herself as well as her sister. Because she seems so young, Alice wants to step in and keep watch over her, as much as possible. Regretfully, Alice does feel that Sakura is naive, like any other child, and needs guidance. But that will change, slowly.

Baw, sister though. Alice is hardly the only one to feel protective of her, to be fair. And she isn't wrong; Sakura can be very very naive due to her age and general more innocent trains of thought as a result. She picks up on other's feelings really easily! Just. Not when it comes to her herself and what they think of her. Which makes for hilarious and adorable confusion until there are actual Talks and Confessions about said feelings.

But yes. This could easily change once she eventually shows Alice what she is capable of! Alice would probably really like the Glow card, or Flowery.
