Opinionated, brash, proud, and quick to act and speak, Jin looks like a big showboating jerk and honestly that's not even wrong-- but he's also a loyal friend and dedicated warrior. He's allowed to be mean to you but he'll fight anyone who is meaner kind of deal smh. He's got a lot of heart behind his rude exterior, a bunch of family legacy baggage, and a tendency to stick up for underdogs and innocents even when it's a bad idea. Especially when it's a bad idea. Gr8 big bro friend, middling student, really bad at chilling.

PERSONALITY: Intensely curious about everything, ever, and as a result is pretty knowlegable (compared to other androids from home, anyway) and likes probing at things for the sake of knowing about it. 9S is fairly social and feels lonely easily, so he enjoys the company of others. Hardworking and yet he'll complain about work and every minor inconvenience under the sun anyway. Totally capable of being a little shit. And that's just the short blurb version.
DESIRED CR: 9S is a new kid around these parts, so honestly, I want to get as much cr going as possible! It's also a little rough to nail down precisely what I want because of that, but really, I just want him to get to know people and interact with them frequently. He wants to know what the universe has to offer beyond his unfortunately desolate post apocalyptic homeworld, so characters who are willing to show him the little mundane things are nice—or even those who would go wtf at someone who doesn't know all sorts of basic shit. Friends are even better! He likes those. Baaaasically, yeah, just gunning for a solid cr net at the moment. Later down the line I'll have a better idea when I know what I'm missing.

Ok not just that, but I guess he can offer that robot interaction you're missing from your life?? Have a weird take on all the simple things during downtime moments? Also good on missions, 9S is a pro at data gathering and will hax the shit out of those robot guards in the upcoming mission, that is straight up his alley. He isn't a combat unit though, so he'll gripe a bit if anyone drags him along for a lot of fighting... while doing a bunch of fighting, because a dying teammate is bad. BUT IN GENERAL 9S would be pretty good for the upcoming stuff so slap down a comment if anyone wants to kinda plot something out!

PERSONALITY: A nice boy who is more than eager and ready to help people who are in need (whatever the need is, as long as it’s generally not endangering anyone) and be a bit of a busy-body at the same time. He tends to stick his nose in business and get himself involved with stuff he shouldn’t be involved with and has a bad habit of being sympathetic to jerks. He’s a bit more book smart vs street smart but ultimately a level-headed and easy going kid who puts on a strong face to make sure he isn’t a burden to anyone.
DESIRED CR: Any! Sadly, I’m new and would just like to get a good baseline of cr before S2 starts, if possible.
OFFERED CR: If anyone is looking for someone who can’t mind their own business to pester them about various things, then here’s your boy. He’s also a med student/doctor where he’s from but def. wants to learn more about the technology both medically related and not. There is a lot for him to know and learn since his homeworld is lacking in terms of technology. Oh, and I guess he’s pretty good at punching and kicking things as well as healing things.

RECAP: He's been around since the first mission, and has a good handle on Audentes and ALASTAIR. Anyone who wants to wrangle infos from an annoying green menace is completely welcome. He's got a background with Ragnarok (in a cycle, no less) and is completely wary of the rebirth narrative. If asked, he's biased. He's made it into the mechanical room and talked to Tim personally, and is searching down the memory of one of the first ALASTAIR members. Currently he's babysitting Thor and acting as team wingperson, while trying to help Tim (shh, please don't remind him that he has a friend) and crack some mysteries about Ophiel and her role in creating ALASTAIR. He's got a truth sword and he's not afraid to use it.
PLANS: You guys he's so ready to try and go after Arbatel you have no idea.

RECAP: His raging dumpster fire aesthetic has cooled off somewhat since his personal life became a bit more stable, but he isn't any happier with ALASTAIR and feels altogether useless, hopeless, and overwhelmed. Hooray. A cynic by nature, he doesn't really know what to make of ALASTAIR's mission.
PLANS: As we near the end of season one, I want to start turning Connor toward feeling more positively about ALASTAIR. I'm looking for ways for him to feel like he has an impact, but I don't really have ideas right now.

However, the longer she's with ALASTAIR the darker and more brooding her personality has become. Her obsession with finding a cure for the Ultimate Magic from her world has been temporarily mitigated, but the constant team transfers of people she grows close to has left her lonely.

RECAP: On the Zymandis mothership Sieglinde did her part taking lab samples and sabotaging experiments with various help, but once the alarms sounded, she and Urahara teamed up to... murder Dr. Mills. (Baby's first direct kill.) After that Sieglinde was almost killed by rampaging monster but it's cool... it's cool... we back in Oska.

PLANS: Gonna help Graham get his heart back! Once it comes to the next mission, she'll be trying to hang back on healer duty and support.

Failure is a deeply shameful thing to her that can only be cleansed through death, and even now she is lowkey looking for a way to sacrifice her life. *seriously she only smiles a single time in the entire manga.

RECAP: On the Zymmandis mothership Hayame got off to a good start by accidentally killing an enemy operative she was trying to quiet, and mostly kept to herself after that, since she's a terrible liar. When shit went down, she spent her time hunting escaped beasts, got a few wounds, and then spent the rest of the trip back to Oska nursing them.

PLANS: On the mission, Hayame will largely relegate herself to a bodyguard type roll for people who seem like they know what they're doing/searching for the timeline. Going into S2, she may have to deal with the loss of the lord she's dedicated herself to here, but also the incentives will make her feel more indebted to ALASTAIR, so it's gonna be a roller coaster, buckle the f up.

RECAP: arrived on recollection day and took exactly (1) mission to begin getting invested in everything going on here. he mostly skulked around on the mothership, fretting about Moral Dilemmas wrt zymandis, and got his action hero on in the chaos once they were found out. back at oska, he's been checking in on the zymandis prisoners a lot and generally preparing and/or training probably, since he's not much help with the technical.
PLANS: i don't have anything concrete for the mission yet, but he'll be looking out for people and be interested in tracking down zymandis's leader To Finish This For Good. i'd kind of like him to get himself hurt somehow because he's an idiot and what is self-preservation, so if anyone wants an unpowered moron jumping in To Protect them and things going awry let me know. /fingerguns

PERSONALITY: Nico loves idols (the pop stars, not the religious iconography) with the power of ten million stars and is determined to be the best idol in the universe (maybe literally). As such, she wants you to believe that she is a cute angel sent down from on high (figuratively). This belief will last maybe five seconds after meeting her? Three? She's a petty being of pure salt who isn't very smart, but don't let that worry you, because she's useless in almost anything that isn't directly related to being an idol, too. She's actually a kind person who wants to be an idol to make people smile and lift their spirits in hard times, but the problems she had trying to become one left her bitter, stubborn, reluctant to show weakness, etc. etc. etc. so she just seems loud and irritable instead, or occasionally mischievous and silly. When it comes to her own goals, she's actually remarkably driven (her teachers wish this included her schoolwork). She will be angry if you don't believe that she's nearly 20(??) by this point but really she's hit by way too much animeitis for it not to be a surprise.
DESIRED CR: I'm here to have fun and be completely useless. ☆ I fondly remember a variety of different CR, so I'm pretty open, but people childish enough to bicker on her level, people who somehow actually believe her about being a cool idol, and people who want to look after her are typically the easiest to get rolling.

- She wants to pretend to be the more experienced leader teaching how to do things properly, but unless it's for being an idol or looking after a household (budgeting/cooking/etc.), she's not going to be able to manage it. More likely she needs to be the one being looked after, though if she senses she's being judged she'll probably just complain instead.

RECAP: She was with the main plot for the original Anwick/Chantes missions, but I like to think that ALISTAIR realized that they had her in the wrong group and have since put her on missions more to her skill level. In my head, she was sent with a group to interrupt some villain who was going to leverage reality show fame to pull off some dastardly scheme (this was a lot less satirical when I thought it up nearly two years ago). To her dismay, she was not picked for the equivalent of America's Got Talent with her idol skills and instead was put on the Cutthroat Kitchen equivalent. Maybe she was sent on a different mission to instruct a group of weirdos like all of you in how to infiltrate a high school and accidentally provided cover by drawing all suspicions about a mole to her (who would believe that someone who looks like that is old enough for high school????). Since I haven't been paying attention since Chantes, I have no idea if this is actually realistic. BUT NOW SHE'S BACK WHERE SHE DOESN'T BELONG WHOOPS WHY IS SHE ON THIS TEAM. She has no idea what is going on, because if there were any reports going out about the real plot she ignored them. Instead, she has continued her self-imposed mission to lift people's spirits through being an idol and has put on concerts whenever she's either on missions or back in Oska, likely to mixed reception. She's surprisingly actually pretty good at being an idol? But Japanese pop music may not be everyone's cup of tea.
PLANS: I'm here to impose the power of slice of life comedy into this serious season finale. Unless you're rescuing her from immediate physical danger, I'll be 99% ridiculous.

He's kind of sarcastic and can be remarkably sassy, but generally tries to put on a polite front because he really cares what people think about him oh god please like him. Likely to be in a bad mood for a while, thanks to a very unpleasant canon point.
DESIRED CR: People who don't mind him being a bit snippy to teach him it's okay to speak his mind sometimes, people who do mind him being a bit snippy to help him realize it's okay if some people dislike him, people who'll see through his plastic smile and realize how fake he is, people who'll be fooled and surprised when the real him shows...basically, just people. He's desperate for meaningful human contact.

RECAP: New arrival! He spent a good while in the medical bay, though, due to arriving with a potentially lethal gunshot wound...and a whole host of other, less critical injuries.
PLANS: For now, recovering from getting his butt kicked (twice) and nearly dying, and getting to know his new base of operations and teammates. He currently doesn't know he can still use his Personas, so odds are he'll find that out at some suitably dramatic moment and be relieved to find out he's not all but useless in a battlefield environment, after all.
