We've got a lot of newbies coming in, so it's time to try something a little different -- welcome to the combination CR Meme and Plotting Post!

LABYRINTH III PLOTTING.
Here's everything you need to know right now, in a convenient bullet point format:

• The log will last 6 IC days.
• Newbies will arrive in Oska as usual (please read!) before being sent out for their first mission: to rescue the rest of their team.
• Although Oska can send a few people to the labyrinth, its cloaking mechanisms are too strong to retrieve the team. They will need to find another way out.
• Luckily for the team, the remaining correctional officers know of an emergency exit mechanism, built in case officers ended up stranded in the labyrinth. The only problem? It's located in the center of the labyrinth and is heavily guarded.
• According to the guards, there will be need for those with fighting skills, problem-solving skills, and technological skills to reach the exit, meaning all skill-sets will have tasks to fulfill. Sorry if you were hoping to loaf!

PERSONALITY: A self-proclaimed "humble shopkeeper" from a small town in Japan, Urahara is a study in contradictions. Aloof, yet exceedingly willing to insert himself into other people's business. Playful, yet dangerous. Intelligent, yet willing and able to make himself look foolish. He is extremely difficult to pin down, and he prefers it that way, and tends to keep his cards fairly close to his chest. Underneath all that confidence, however, is a great deal of guilt.

He is way more powerful than he lets on or even wants people to know about.
DESIRED CR: A LOT of Urahara's really close CR has dropped recently, so I'm all for getting him out there a bit more. Friends!! Students!! People to punch him in the face!! Bring me your tired, your poor, your aggrieved masses.
OFFERED CR: A friendly neighborhood genius who is also an extremely powerful superhero ghost. A morally dubious guy who is only about a fraction as morally dubious as he appears. A mentor for all you shounen heroes. A guy who can probably solve your problems if he feels like it!

RECAP: Urahara has been with Audentes for a whole year as of last month, and he's... grown somewhat as a person. Though initially only interested in ALASTAIR's goals because they aligned with his own and he needed to buy time to solve a problem back home, he's become a little more dedicated to, if nothing else, figuring out the big mystery involving Zymandis and ALASTAIR. Particularly because Zymandis's goals hit a little too close to home for him. His loyalty remains primarily to the people who serve with ALASTAIR as he has seen many friends come and go and would like this to end on a positive note for their sake.

But also because he's curious how all of this is going to play out. His previous investment in believing things are not what they seem have ebbed a bit, even knowing things aren't what they seem, though he thinks now that the problem is not that any one group is corrupt, but rather things are a bit more complicated than they seem.

PLANS: Urahara's always been a big part of the mystery element, even if it's just for his own ends, and that will continue to be true. He wants to figure this out and, if he has to, stop Zymandis from trying to tear down worlds so the Timeline can begin anew, because lol nope. He has also become extremely fond of certain people here and wants to help them in any way he can like a good dad/mentor.

He expects recognition for everything he does. He demands attention. As legitimately kind as he can be and is, it's hard to unwire years of pettiness.

Work. it's also left him holding people at arms length even more than usual, so he's more peppy and over-the-top nature has been noticeably dampened.

Nihilism, laziness, depression, whatever you wanna call it, Sans is pretty passive when it comes to most things. A skeleton of many secrets, getting him to talk directly about anything is pretty hard. But possible! He's just frustratingly vague at times.

His passions are: his brother, bad jokes, his brother, quantum physics, and his brother. His brother's name is Papyrus. Do you know him? Don't worry, he'll tell you all about him.

RECAP: When Sans arrived here, he decided to take on the identity of the Sans who was here last. In doing so, he's basically been lying to everyone close to him (barring the few who figured it out), up until... very recently. So that's throwing him off balance, to say the least.

RECAP: bruce comes from a particular canon point wherein he has retrograde amnesia acquired after he died and was resurrected, but the resurrection process robbed him of his episodic memory. other memory processes remain largely unaffected, however, which he's been slowly discovering the extent of as he's tasked to do things he had no idea he could do and turns out he can do flawlessly. has been reunited with one son he knows of (and one he doesn't) and they're generally around. somewhere nearby. he's been trying to deal with son(s) whilst also coping with very incomplete information regarding his past that paints him in a horrible light, which has the unfortunate effect of reinforcing his decision not to look into said past. good job, robins.
PLANS: he wants his kid to go home. he wants to get home himself. but he's also aware that if zymandis continues they're all at risk so his plan is to wreck zymandis. he might not remember being batman, but he's still from gotham and gotham will decide when gotham erupts in flames, not some outside force who couldn't survive a day on their streets.

lucina is someone who's very good at aggressively friending someone/caring for them, but her cr tends to plateau after a certain point because she's not the type to exactly confide in anyone. so!! for current cr i'd like to work on pushing past that plateau. for new cr!! i know "anything" is such a cop out answer i'm gonna do it anyway, give me anything and everything.

on that note she's very hard to get negative cr with but i welcome it with open arms, if you think you can do it let's do it please. let me get her angry, i love getting her angry.

again!! she's excellent at approaching people, and will aggressively check up on friends once they get to that point!! she also tends to make for pretty good older sis cr, and is happy to teach people how to fight with a sword/lance ( and in theory she's a patient teacher, as long as you take it seriously ). she's also great at giving shounen as heck speeches and will very much encourage people to be more "part of the team", but getting to this point usually does take a bit ( she's too polite to say it right away ) — so talk to me!!

He's also a jerk who doesn't mind saying it how it is and shirking authority, and he tries very hard to be cool (he's not cool). When he's not being cynical and beating stuff up, he's actually...a good person? Sometimes? It happens.

Also, he's actually a magical fairy ghost self-insert OC created by a little kid, and he's in complete and utter denial of his true nature. I wish I was making that up, but it's 1000% true. (He's getting better about it, though.)

He could definitely use some people to debate morality with and such, especially because he was brought up as a killing machine without real socialisation so he's still learning how to people and is trying to understand the mentality of the rest of the team, now he's finally decided he's a part of it (he's been here over a year, sobs).

SKILL-SET: God I hate talking about what Sebastian can do because deadass the answer amounts to "everything." He's a very old, very skilled demon, so he can do anything from fight very, very well to repair your clothes because you got a tear in them. It's a wide variety. So I can just say he's kind of a jack of all trades... He's going to prefer either fighting or more domestic activities, but truly, if someone asks him to do something, nine times out of ten he'll say yes. Even if he doesn't want to do it. He's a people pleaser by nature.
