The Johari Window is an exercise in which someone chooses 5-6 positive adjectives from a fixed list to describe them, then has others choose 5-6 adjectives from the same list, and they learn something fun about how your friends think of them. The Nohari Window is the same, but with negative adjectives that are more likely to wreck someone's self-esteem. Or maybe they'll learn about a hidden failing of theirs!

Or just that they really don't have any friends.
